Returns & Exchanges

At Case Society, we want you to love your order. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Change of Mind

We accept returns for change of mind within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging

Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue

We will happily arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Custom & Personalised Orders

Due to the nature of personalised products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Custom designs
  • Personalised items

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges subject to stock availability.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
